Neri has been a childbirth educator and a birth doula for more than 10 years. As a childbirth instructor, her passion was always the hands on practice of the birth tools- breathing, changing positions, visualization, relaxation, massaging and more. After becoming a life coach, Neri has developed a unique Birth Practice- these sessions will allow you to practice your birth tools and be coached at the same time. The coaching will allow you to be clear about your nearing birth and invite the experience you wish to have. It will allow you to reshape your thoughts about birth to create a positive fearless concept. Please come wearing comfortable clothes for practice. |
